  Risk Assessment Risk Assessment Documentary from lucybaker32 I have completed a risk assessment for my regional identity project titled 'Fashion in The Northeast', I am doing this in the form of a documentary therefore I created a Risk Assessment (pictured above) to highlight all the risks I may come across during production. When going through the possible risks I may tackle, I found that the hazards I may face were Cold Environment, Manual Handling, Trip Hazard, Physical Fatigue, Stress / Anxiety and Nuisance Noise / Vibration. I acknowledged who would be exposed to these hazards ( the Cast and Camera Crew) and the level of risk they would be exposed to. I also went into great detail on the measures that will be put into place to minimize the risk, then I identified the level of risk after these control measures would be put into place.  Fashion in the North East Documentary Focus Group I constructed a focus group to gather feedback on my draft footage for my documentary, I did this in audio form by asking questions and recording my peers answers. I asked 11 questions to ensure I gathered as much feedback as possible, the answers i received will help determine the choices I make regarding my documentary and i will make changes to my plan according to the feedback I got.   Interview Research Louisa Rogers Louisa Rogers is a Fashion Designer, Journalist, photographer, stylist and blogger who is currently living and working in the North East of England, Louisa has cofounded two fashion brands that produce and operate in the North East called 'Studio Courtenay' and 'Trendlistr Vintage'. Louisa studied Fashion Photography & Styling at London College of Fashion before moving on to a creative Entrepreneurship MA at Newcastle University. She is also a founding committee member of 'Colour Collective UK', which is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes colour education through multidisciplinary workshops and lectures. Louisa has previously lectured for the MA Arts, Business & Creativity course at Newcastle University and the University of Sunderland on BA (Hons) Fashion Journalism and Fashion Design & Promotion course.
